Q : Can I send you back an equipment I'm not happy with? A : Yes, even this will never happen! If you are not totally satisfied by your products, for 21 days, you are allowed to send us back the considered equipment protected by the original box. To do that, please contact us to plan the return using Fedex procedures. Upon receipt in our factory, we shall refund you the purchase price ( VAT included for a UE purchase). Return transportation costs are yours. |
